Bhuvana is an Indian origin Australian national who is an engineer by qualification. She has worked and lived outside India for over a decade. She is passionate about travelling and has visited more than 20 countries.

Upon returning to India, she joined a Cambridge International school and established their academic counselling cell. She founded ‘The Path Ahead’ in 2020. Her journey has been shaped through her work with hundreds of students in planning their career maps, in synergy with their parents and teachers. She has extensive experience in processing university applications for the  USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Germany, France, South Korea, and Japan. A predominant part of her focus is  higher education opportunities within India.

With over 6 years experience in higher education counselling, she has completed University Admission Courses from the British Council and the University of Pennsylvania. Recently, she has worked on career mapping for a 100 employees from a Data Science startup. 

She also works closely with government schools and several not-for-profit organisations like Agastya International Foundation, Pravaha Foundation, and Raising a Mathematician Foundation, helping children from under-privileged backgrounds in their career journey.
